This is a 1  man delivery to ground floor only  ( to keep our cost down) if you need this item taking upstairs please email or call so we can make the necessary  arrangements with you (extra £29.99 for an extra man) We do ask that there is a clear access for the delivery team and any valuables are removed prior to delivery as we cannot be held responsible for breakages.

If your furniture will need to be dismantled and reassembled to gain access to a room we can do this for a charge of £49.99. Please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for any damages occured if you choose to dismantle yourself.

We use our own delivery vehicles 95% of the time to give you a better service and minimise damage of your goods in transit we do not use couriers for any assembled goods.

Look out for our express delivery  on certain ranges and we guarantee you will get it within 3 - 10 working days
